Beyond "Yes": Understanding Consent, Boundaries & Healthy Relationships

These 4-week psychoeducational and process-oriented groups are designed to help adolescents strengthen communication skills, self-advocacy, boundary-setting, and relationship literacy in a supportive and developmentally appropriate environment.

Participants will explore:

• Healthy friendships and dating relationships
• Assertive communication and self-advocacy
• Recognizing peer pressure, manipulation, and coercion
• Digital boundaries and social media interactions
• Identity, culture, family expectations, and their impact on relationships
• Building confidence in expressing needs while respecting the boundaries of others

These groups may be particularly beneficial for adolescents struggling with people-pleasing, social anxiety, peer conflict, identity development, dating concerns, low self-esteem, or difficulty establishing and maintaining healthy boundaries.
